Welcome to **AuraCV** — one place to build your CV, find jobs (especially in South Africa), and apply with generative AI that explains results clearly.

This guide powers the **Help center** (`/help`) and **Tokugawa**, the in-app support assistant. Each page has step-by-step instructions and answers to common questions.

AuraCV helps you:

## Glossary (terms you will see in the app)

| **CV score** | AI feedback on clarity, keywords, and layout — guidance, not a guarantee of interviews |
| **Match score** | How well your CV overlaps with a job's skills and keywords (often a percentage) |
| **Quick keyword / skill check** | Free-tier snapshot before full AuraPro analysis |
| **AuraPro** | Paid plan: all templates, unlimited AI, Auto-Apply, PDF export, no ads |
| **Auto-Apply** | AuraPro feature that finds matching jobs and helps you apply in bulk (you stay in control) |
| **Application Profile** | Account details saved for applications — separate from a specific CV document |
| **My CVs** | Gallery of templates and your saved CV documents |
| **AI Hub** | CV Checker, AI Improver, and Job Matcher |
| **Paystack** | Payment provider for AuraPro (ZAR, cards, SA instant EFT) |
| **Tokugawa** | In-app support chat that uses this documentation |

## Who is AuraCV for?

- "How do I match my CV to a job from the job board?"

### When to email support instead

- Billing disputes, chargebacks, refunds
- Account deletion and data removal
- Payment succeeded but Pro missing after 15+ minutes and re-login
- OAuth errors in every browser
